 Q:Power-leveling...After I pay, how quickly can you start my order? |
| Usually, we need to check your account/ character/ items status first. If there is no problem the order will start right away. However, we have orders waiting in queue sometimes as we have a lot of return customers. It may take about 30 minutes longer for your order to start. If the wait times get too long we will notify you and let you know what number you are in queue and the ETA. Then you can either decide to wait or get a refund. |

| We have served thousands of customers for different games. It is our guarantee and policy to protect customers¡¯ privacy. We would never give out any customer¡¯s account information, password or leveling status to anyone else. And when leveling is done we advise you to check and change your password for your security. |

| No account been banned by now. We have lots of highly skilled players working on power--leveling. No bots or macros are used at all. We never talk to any other players in game or get involved in any player killing or other controversial activities. |

| We assign 2 or 3 professional players to do the leveling for your character. Your character is primarily leveled via what is commonly known as "grinding", where we play solo simply killing monsters over and over. However we do some simple quests to obtain experience too. We have extensive knowledge of your game's world and know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible. |

| It depends on different games. Please check our Power Leveling Center for each game description or contact our Live Chat support for details. |
